Nice walking path with pleasant relaxing views of the "Village Lakes" Ideal location for access to Tampa and both airports. 2nd floor corner unit is about as private as you can get in complex. Not recently updated but has been taken care of. The owner loves the property due the convenience afforded by the location and complex amenities. The inside laundry closet accommodates regular size washer and dryer units.
